June 13, 2009 - St Francis School is the winner of the Sudbury Catholic District School 2008-9 School Conservation Challenge and will be awarded a Grand Prize of $1,500.00 and the right to display the “SCDSB School Conservation Challenge Champions” banner for a year. Congratulations to the Eco-Footprint Club. They had students participate in a number of fun activities that promoted saving the Earth!!
Now in its 8th year, the DC Program continues to grow and generate substantial utility savings. Our schools are more energy efficient because of the many opportunities the DC Program offers students and staff.
